The people at Honest A1 are friendly and live up to their name, honest. My check engine light was on and the code that was run from AutoZone, showed a problem with misfiring and a problem in the air duct. I called to make an appointment with Honest A1 but they couldn't get me in for a few days. Long story short, it turns out that when I took the car to Tuffy the day before and had a headlight replaced and oil added, they did not put the oil cap back on. Honest A1 called to say that my bill was $11.19 for the oil they had to put back in the car.😜😊

I used Honest 1 because of their reviews and I was very happy with the services rendered. They diagnosed my battery problem and wheel bearing issue quickly and communicated pricing before work began. I found my repair shop for years to come. Thank you so very much.

We took our 2015 Kia Sedona Minivan in for a 100k mile check. The checks were very thorough. The report included pictures of the inspection. This report and our discussion with the service advisor, Kammie, we knew we were choosing the right things to work on. Strongly recommend Honest-1!

We get our oil changed here and this team is very thorough. They check our car and go over anything that needs to be attended to. Either through our warranty or if needed they could help us. We appreciate their honesty (Honest- 1) and not pushing us to get the work done asap. Always there to help and assist, a good feeling compared to some other shops. We have been going to this shop for I believe 3 years or more and they are always the same.

I came in to have my oil changed and brakes checked. Oil change price was very reasonable! And I ended up not needing my brakes changed- they told me it wasn't quite necessary and why, and I appreciate that! They worked my car into the schedule quickly and that was also helpful! Will use again and definitely recommend!
