Honest -1 auto care absolutely justifies its name. This amazing team is truly honest and professional. My car required an extensive, time consuming and expensive repair. I agreed on the price, but they did the repair in a much shorter time and returned the difference, saving me one third of the total repair price. Guess where I will go next time my vehicle needs a repair? Thank you so much for your business.

Excellent service. Straight forward and very economical. Brought our second car in when I picked up the first.

They rushed me thru for a routine oil change and had the car off the lift and back in the lot before I could even read the inspection. Problem is, they suggested a tire rotation and an air filter, which I would have gladly agreed to have done. But the car was already parked and they were more interested in getting the next guy in, than being thorough and taking care of the items they listed on my inspection. I never thought an oil change could be so inconvenient. Now I have to make 2 more stops to fix the things they should've done in the first place.

These are the reasons I will be back: Great customer service in the first phone call Great customer service in the lobby when I showed up (Made me feel comfortable) Fixed the issue with my automobile Impressed with amenities the lobby -Television -Beverages -Snacks -Free WIFI -Bathroom was clean -Close to other restaurants/stores As someone that doesn't always feel comfortable at car repair shops (I don't know much about cars), your company did exactly what I've been looking for years.
