Honest service! Took my vehehicle with transmission problems in for a diagnostic. Unfortunately the transmission was a known service issue with Nissan. They made me aware of the issue and provided the service codes free of charge. I trust this business and will continue to use the for my auto care needs.

This is the only auto shop I've ever been to where I felt comfortable. At most auto shops, I get weird looks or glares, and the mechanics often throw confusing jargon at me and try to overcharge. But the folks at Honest-1 are always so sweet and kind, and have even gone out of their way to show me exactly what is wrong and the repair it'll need, so I fully understand what I'm paying for. The customer service is excellent! On three occasions I've needed a ride either from the auto shop or from home, and both times Honest-1 either called me an Uber (for no extra charge) or one of the workers (and even the owner herself most recently) has offered me a ride. I've already been recommending this place to my fellow queer friends and acquaintances. Experiencing hostility at auto shops is an everyday occurrence for folks like us, so finding a place that is friendly and so accommodating is such a blessing. And they always have free snacks and sodas in the waiting room! Honest-1 is absolutely worth the 20 min drive from my house. I may even continue to see them after I move to downtown Cincy.

Honest-1 lives up to their name. The staff is so friendly and helpful, providing information about needed repairs without try to upsell unnecessary work. Kammie and Curtis are extremely knowledgeable and helpful providing timely updates and photos of repair work....and all of this at a reasonable price! They saved me over $400 on a new water pump compared to the dealership. I will continue to entrust my car repairs to Honest-1.

Curtis went above and beyond to try to get the work done as quickly as possible. They were running into issues getting parts without having to wait a month. And then they worked with me on financing to be able to afford the work that needed to be done. I was impressed with Honest 1.

Took my car in for an oil change on 8/23/22. Requested additional tire and fluids check only as comprehensive inspection was not necessary, was told Honest 1 performs these services only with a comprehensive inspection,don’t understand the logic behind it, please explain, very disappointing to put it mildly.

Honest 1 is always a great choice for auto service. I’ve used their service a handful of times. Had my car serviced for quite a few things today, just picked it up. It’s like having a brand new car. They communicated every step of the way and made sure I was in the know when it came to the repairs on my car. The price was fair, I checked with another trusted auto service that Ive used in the past. It’s a no brainer to use Honest 1. I love honest 1 because of the service, the people, the price.
