I have found Honest Auto to be very reliable, honest, and customer service-focused. In my most recent experience, I stopped in with no appointment and they were able to take a look at my car and provided a detailed explanation of the problem. Great people, go see them!

I have now taken 2 different cars to Honest Auto Loveland over the years. This morning at 7:15am, I show up without an appointment to have them look at my car as my check engine light came on over the weekend. Was nervous as I knew it was a holiday week, and I needed my car. They took my car in right away, had it for almost an hour, told me all appeared good, and felt comfortable clearing the code. Shared with me why they felt the light came on and to come back if I had any other issues. And NO CHARGE. I have found them to be honest, dependable and very timely. On previous repairs my car has been complete prior to the estimated return time quoted to me. Highly recommend them!

Excellent customer service. We made it down from Michigan on a broken shock, they got us in early in the morning, fixed both shocks and got us back on the road the same day! 11/10 recommend.
