Scheduling was easy and the requested service was completed in a timely manner. Office staff were very friendly and welcoming.

I selected Honest-1 due reviews of a reputable and honest business. I had no issues for a few years and then got an inspection report that did not make sense. It was calling for a replacement that I did not see the issue in the pictures or visually checking under the car. My mind went to Here we go with the thoughts of being taken in with unneeded repairs. I called and expressed my concerns. They listened and we left it at lets keep an eye on it. I waited a few months and fear of breaking down got the best of me. I scheduled the work to be done but did reiterate my concerns. I dropped my car off and got a call that indeed the suggested work was not necessary and the mechanic who inspected is no longer with the company due to issues like mine. My 1600 appointment ended up being 100 instead due to the honesty of the staff. As anyone in business knows when hiring you may not always get what you think you are but removing that problem was beneficial to keeping the honest in Honest-1. Your reputation and word of mouth will keep you in business or break you. In my case I will be returning there for my automotive needs as they have proven they strive for pride and honesty in their work and from their staff. Thank you Honest-1

You were cheaper to aligned my tires than Honda, and found out your cheaper to do my oil change than Honda, too!! I coming there for all my needs!! Brock was awesome!! All the representatives were respectful & nice!!
