We're a one-car household. So when I ran into engine problems and multiple trouble lights on the weekend, I realized I could be in for a period of inconvenience. I walked into Honest-1 Auto Care in Loveland early Monday morning. They told me they could look at my vehicle that day, and drove me home. Once they had diagnosed my problem, they got back to me with an estimate, and told me they could finish the work that day and pick me up when they were done. They did. Everyone was pleasant, and our car runs great. I'm not sure what else I could ask for. If I need help again, I'll be back.

I was very happy with the service I received at Honest-1 Auto Care. Here's a list of things that made my experience as a customer want to go back again if I needed a car repair. 1. The dialogue with the staff was exceptionally friendly, to the point, and honest when discussing the problems with the car. 2. The pictures of the engine with arrows indicating the problem areas you were finding, helped me get a visual of the problem, and understand the extent of the problem that needed to be worked on and fixed. 3. The test driving of the car to make sure all was in order and fixed before returning it to me, reassured me, that you had to be satisfied with your own work before the car was returned to me.

The team did a great job seeing me on short notice and was very thorough. They found a punctured tire that would have been an issue for my daughter driving back to college so I appreciate the professionalism.

This place is a blessing! Customer service is amazing! They were extremely understanding of a limited budget and didn't try to get me to pay for any services that weren't "urgent". They took the time to thoroughly explain what is going on with my vehicle and helped lay out a plan to address one issue at a time, as I can afford it. This was the least stressed out that I have ever felt about car trouble. As if that wasn't already enough to win me over as a customer, they have a free shuttle service and took me to work after I dropped my car off. 👍👍
