The folks at Honest-1 were friendly and worked with me to get the job done right. I especially was surprised the the photos of the car and it's various systems since I rarely see them like that. Then they applied a different discount coupon that I didn't bring in, so that was also appreciated. Next time I need an oil change I know where to go.

This was straight-up solid service. From the on-time check-in and start, to the very clean and comfortable waiting room where I was able to work, to the excellent customer service, everything was great. I received a text while I waited with recommendations, was able to implement the recs, the cost was competitive and the results were fantastic. I will use H1 Loveland henceforth. Well done, all.

This was my first time at Honest 1 Loveland Ohio for an oil change. I was a former customer of Christian Brothers in Loveland Ohio. Honest 1 Auto showed me that my oil filter had been leaking because Christian Brothers tech did not tighten it correctly. Marshall at Honest 1 took his time to do my oil change the right way. I am glad I came here and will be a repeat customer at Honest 1 Auto in Loveland Ohio. They really do put the customer 1st. Thank you, have a nice day.
