Staff was friendly, courteous, and extremely informative of the work and findings of the vehicle. The waiting area provided an ample selection of beverages and was very clean. The reason for the 4.5 rating was due to making the appointment online and not receiving confirmation. When I called to make sure I was on the schedule apparently my request was overlooked but they were able to take me in at the requested time. Yes, I plan to return.

Their name is not just a marketing ploy. We were on a trip and our Honda Odyssey began to have a shake when accelerating. We called right at 7am when they opened and kammie said to come right over and they would try to work us in right away. By 8 am they had the problem diagnosed and the moment I agreed to the service they had the parts in the way. The van was on the lift by 9:20 am. The waiting room was super comfortable with free cold beverages and a super clean bathroom. They even had a box of tissues in the waiting room. They gave me back the cost of the inspection since I used their service and they had me back on the road by 11am.
