Make no mistake about it, it was curiosity about the new location and the generous coupon that got me into the store for the first time. I came back and will continue to do so because of the expert service, competitive pricing, and courteous, professional staff. I am retired and have had my family's autos serviced for many years and more often than not it seemed onerous. Honest-1 was a pleasant surprise and I would recommend them without hesitation.

I walked into the building with a coupon and was treated as if I just entered a nice hotel. The receptionist was warm, friendly, and welcoming. She went through my requests and listened well while trying to serve me in any way she could such as notifying me of recalls on my vehicle and how to get an extra key made. She was great! I met the owner and she was friendly and grateful for her customers. I will definitely come back again as long as the price is right and maybe get another coupon. :)

Found the price to be fair and work resolved my air conditioner problem

Service was wonderful and I appreciated the shuttle service.

Everything that was discussed was repaired , in a timely manor . Couple of small glitches were also handled easily . Over all good job !
