my vehicle needed service for a problem that mystified me - I was prepared for bad news - but i received good news instead - the H1 folks were prompt, courteous and the price was better than expected.

I took my car there because I had a check engine light pop up and my temperature gauge was all over the place. Luke promptly called the the same day as service and let me know what the next step were for troubleshooting the check engine code..the next day after doing a deep dive on what was wrong they sent me a very professional estimate with pictures for what needed to be repaired and the estimated time line for the repairs to be made.. I was blown away with the level of details supplied!! I have never had this high quality level of estimate provided by other ships.. I gave them the go ahead to preform the repairs and every step of the way Luke and Trevor gave me updates and apologized for a slight delay with the work being completed due to having to order some parts.. excellent customer service!!! Extremely transparent throughout the entire process.. upon picking my car up they also informed me that the service they preformed comes with a 3 year 36k mile warranty to boot!! I highly recommend this shop!! Excellent customer service and a good price for the repairs..

When I received the text diagnostic summary along with pictures of what they found plus the priority for each issue I was blown away by how different they were from any place I’ve ever taken my car for service. Super confident that they are as their name states-Honest and interested in establishing a long term relationship with their customers. Employees are great and I highly recommend this business to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.

They got me in right away, service was quick and done right and price was very reasonable- I did use one of their coupons. Huge plus is how friendly everyone was.
