I was very happy with my experience as a first time customer. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and got my car back to me fairly quickly. I was also very surprised when I was able to look at what all needed to be done with my car in a very organized manner. Overall, I am very pleased and happy to say I will be back for future car services!!!!

Friendly, thorough, and very reasonably priced. They are very knowledgeable to explain things about vehicles to actually understand what is going on with your vehicle… Other places expect you to know or just agree to get it fixed but this place sends you pictures even plus will tell you if they have coupons available for services!!

The service is first rate. The team gets it right the first time and they treat my vehicle like it is their own. The inside service reps are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I have 2 German vehicles and Honest One is my go to place for service.

They got me together when I really needed help, no questions, and when I couldn't pay all my bill, they gave me an account and let me take my car. Now that's trust, so when I got paid, I paid what I owed and got more work done and was done in an hour. They showed trust,no grease monkey's here. I had a good experience at Honest-1. They were very friendly and answered all of my questions. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. The store was very clean and they had snacks.

Great experience....from the courteous phone conversation to the website with coupons to the actual service, everything was perfect. Luke was very gracious and went over the final report which was emailed to me with detailed photos. I felt very reassured. Great pricing...I spent more at the Dollar Tree during the wait than I did on my vehicle! We have found our neighborhood auto mechanic! 5 stars!
