When I took my car to Honest1 in Loveland, OH for an oil change and tire rotation. The office staff was very friendly, the shop staff took very good care of my car, inspecting the undercarriage and making sure all was well. I was in and out in a respectable amount of time and very impressed with the service I received. I'll be back!

This is by far the best customer service I have ever received at an auto shop. Every member of the staff were extremely friendly. To top it off, they were honest about what my car needed and did not push any service on me that I did not need. I had taken my Rav4 to the dealership a few weeks back and had it looked at. That dealership had estimated about $1500 worth of repairs. I had mentioned the areas of concern to Honest 1 and they said there were no issues. Just needed an oil change. Thank you for being honest. This is the only place where will be bring our car to get worked on going forward.
