I love going here. I always feel comfortable not like I am going into the "man cave". The only thing that could have been better if they would have told me they were waiting for the plug to fix my tire. I didn't know that the wait would take 2 hours until I went and ask what was taking so long
I have been waiting all day. I was told it would be fixed in the morning, then afternoon, still not done. The reason: the mechanic kept getting pulled away to do other things. Really!!

They saved me from taking a trip with bad tires. They went and picked them up right away, dropped me off at my house for me, and got me on my way quickly. Definitely above and beyond!

Enjoyable and Comfortable Lobby with complimentary drinks. Was kept informed of 'coupons' and discounts available and updated on the progress of the service during the appointment.
Mechanic said cost should be $250-$300, Service Manager bumped it to $400 (just to be safe). Final cost was $428. Left car unlocked overnight. Quality of work seems to be excellent. I'll use A-1 in the future, just need to be careful with estimates.
Very friendly and helpful. I was thankful I was able to get in as quick as I did and they were also able to fix my car the same day.
