The service was quick, well done, and friendly. They even showed me things that will need my attention to fix in the future. When I got in my car to leave one of the mechanics saw my boyfriend's Marine cover in my back window and write a very nice note thanking him for his service. It's little things like that that make for a great work place.

I decided to have my car serviced at Honest-1 in Loveland since it is right around the corner from work. I typically get my car serviced at Toyota since I've had issues at other places in the past, but it has been such an inconvenience since it's 30 minutes away from my house. I decided to take it to Honest-1 because I've heard great things about the staff. I am happy to say I had a very great experience with them and will definitely be back. I felt very welcomed and wasn't just another "number" to them. I don't know much about cars and am thankful when people explain things without the assumption I should have already known what they were talking about. I look forward to working with them in the future and hope they never lose their passion for making sure everyone is taking care of how they would want to be taken care of.

They not only repaired the original issue but diagnosed another that has plagued me since I purchased the car. My car runs like new with all the responsiveness and horsepower it was designed to have.
