I have visited Honest 1, Loveland three times, and they have been consistent in pleasant service and customer care, helping with any concerns I have had. I will be a returning customer.

It's hard to review now, because I just went yesterday. So, let's wait and see how the car performs as I had a 4-wheel alignment, oil change, and new battery. But everything seems fine. Congenial staff, comfortable waiting area, free coffee, nice large flat screen TV.

Great first experience! Service was extremely professional and staff very knowledgeable and friendly. As part of their no charge inspection service they noted a small leak in one of my rear shocks. My car was still under mfg. warranty (but close to expiration) so I was able to have the dealer replace the shock. I would never have known about the shock until well after my warranty expired. They have earned my trust.

Facilities were Very clean. Customer service was EXCELLENT! The lovely lady behind the desk pointed out other issues I had with my car, but didn't push: instead she supplied me with estimates on the work if I wanted them to do the repairs later on.

I was very pleased with the treatment and help I received at Honest-1. I will return and allow them to work on my cars in the future.

I suddenly discovered that I was running low on oil. I wanted my SUV checked for a possible oil leak and an oil change done. This was very late in the day but that did not matter to Curtis and Steve. In short, I was not turned away and was taken care of in a very professional manner. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and solid recommendation were shared with me. This will be my place for all thing relating to my two vehicles.

The guys were great. They got me in and out fast with all work completed to standards.

From the moment I walked in the door till the time my keys were returned to me I had a very positive experience. All of your associates answered any question I had about my car and its performance. At no time was I pressured into purchasing items. Suggestions were made and I was given pricing which I feel is very helpful.
