Very impressed with the employee's. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and kind from the moment I walked in the door. First rate employees! Kurt was the one who set the appointment for me and greeted me as if I were a family member. Kudo's! The mechanic was very impressive as well, he also made me feel as if I were a family member when showing the damage that was done to my tire. It was so cool! I was very very pleased when I was taken out to the garage to see the damage to my vehicle. For some reason, that all stopped back in the 70's. It is nice to see that again. The parts were ordered for my car and put on that same day except for the tire, which was not problem at all. When my payment didn't go through, the patience of the staff was phenomenal! The service was ALL about the customer and the customer's convenience. I was offered a ride home if the parts did not come in that day and when I came back to have the tire put on, my g-daughter (age 19) was across the street at Urgent Care and I was offered a ride to pick her up if the tire wasn't put on by the time the doc was done with her. The tire was put on by the time she was finished. I will never go to any competitor again, as their service is always questionable. Being a woman, I felt I was treated fairly, not taken advantage of and treated with respect. Left with no doubts in my mind. Thank you so much everyone for the kindness and hospitality that was shown to me. A shout out to Nicole for getting things straightened out with my credit union.

Honest 1 is by far the most professional and ethical auto care service I have encountered! After speaking with the owner it is very clear their goal is to provide an accurate diagnosis of the problem, provide a very reasonable price and complete the repair very timely. He backed up his words! The staff are very polite and professional yet exhibiting the personal touch. I highly recommend Honest1! Thank you Honest 1! You now have a customer for life!

The customer service was great! Great communication and a great value. I would've given them 5 stars if my vehicle was finished on time, however they were great with offering complementary shuttle service until it was finished. I have already recommended them to family and would definitely recommend them to anyone reading this!

Courtious and detail oriented review by all involved and with the location, support services, shuttling, and fair pricing caught my attention. Now, beginning in September 2015, after entrusting Honest1Loveland with 3 vehicles, My confidence with vehicle repair per $spent is renewed and will continue to return. James, Nicole, Peter and the tech support person's were very confident and competent - and organized. My expectation is that after my investment in the business, it continues to deliver the best for it's customers. To be fair in my review, let me check back in after I put some miles on the M & R.

What a pleasant change from having my car serviced at a dealer! Based on my initial experience, you certainly lived up to your name! I appreciate the service tech mentioning the oil leak and that it was nothing urgent. I have been aware of the issue and knew it was minor. When I took the car to the dealer last year I was encouraged to spend $750-$1,000 to have it fixed. Definitely seemed like they were more interested in helping themselves than helping me as a customer. I'll be back. Thanks for being Honest!
