I took my 99 323i bmw to h1 to have an oil change,tuneup and to check my struts. They checked my "baby" thouroghly and didn't tell me that i needed a bunch of things done to it. As a matter of fact when it came to the tuneup all I needed was spark plugs. My brakes were starting to wear but I still have a good 10k miles before I needed to replace pads. They were great,honest and very friendly. I have found a garage to take my vehicles to that i can trust on every avenue.

Excellent Experience

First time having service done here at this relatively new shop. Had two repairs done on two different vehicles within 24 hours. People were very nice, shop was clean, waiting area very comfortable, and I was in and out pretty quickly with no appointment. Mechanic, Steve, was very good about answering all my questions and explaining what needed to be done and even better - what didn't. The receptionist, Nicole, was great making sure I was taken care of and happy. I will be back but hopefully not too soon :)

Make no mistake about it, it was curiosity about the new location and the generous coupon that got me into the store for the first time. I came back and will continue to do so because of the expert service, competitive pricing, and courteous, professional staff. I am retired and have had my family's autos serviced for many years and more often than not it seemed onerous. Honest-1 was a pleasant surprise and I would recommend them without hesitation.

I walked into the building with a coupon and was treated as if I just entered a nice hotel. The receptionist was warm, friendly, and welcoming. She went through my requests and listened well while trying to serve me in any way she could such as notifying me of recalls on my vehicle and how to get an extra key made. She was great! I met the owner and she was friendly and grateful for her customers. I will definitely come back again as long as the price is right and maybe get another coupon. :)
