I have been driving over 2 million miles for 54 years and have many repair shops services my cars. Honest 1 I would rank in the top 2. Their name tells an honest correct statement. Had starter problem.

Honest and quick. Always friendly and explains services well. Refreshment options while you wait and more than willing to shuttle you home or to work. Has a small kid friendly area and plenty of reading material. Will never go to a dealership again.

Excellent service

Once again, I had an exceptional experience with Honest1. From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted with a friendly and welcoming hello from Nicole and Curtis. I also had the opportunity to discuss my service and inspection with Lauren who was performing the maintenance on my vehicle. Nicole did an excellent job explaining the work performed and what to expect at my next service. From start to finish, at every service I have had done with Honest1, I have left feeling like I was treated like family and that my car was in great hands! Thank you Nicole, Lauren and the rest of the Honest1 family for making car maintenance such a comfortable and smooth experience.

I scheduled appoint for early Sat AM and brought my car in for brakes, oil change and wiper blades. Came back at 4PM and car wasn’t ready. Nicole explained that there were cars ahead of mine and they couldn’t get to the brakes done. Rescheduled to bring car in Tuesday. Came back at 6PM Tuesday, car still wasn’t ready. Short handed and could get silicone to set up. Came back Wednesday AM and got car. Need to do a better job of scheduling work through your shop. You do quality work but I spent a lot of time without my car and numerous reschedules to complete job.
