I truly and sincerely appreciated Kammie Bronner quick decision to help me out with removing a screw lodged in my left front tire and patched it up. Because of that action, I quickly decided I'd want to trust my 1995 Ford Econoline E-150 Custom Van to have Honest-1 check out why it simply wouldn't start.

Problem areas were quickly identified, more detailed research narrowed possibilities+fuel pump/lines were repaired. Nicole kindly provided me w/transportation to/from shop; reasonable cost of services+additional discounts were very helpful making financial management less painful.

My experience with this team was great. I took in my older car that had been sitting for most of the past year, to see if I could get it road ready again. Not only did they do a quick analysis, as scheduled, but they were super honest as well. The technician immediately noticed some electrical concerns, and things that would need addressed before even looking at the bigger under-carriage issues. They were direct, and actually advised that I NOT put money into the vehicle. Gave me referrals to a few places if I was in the market for a new car, etc. How refreshing to meet an honest mechanic team. They could easily have charged me for many things, and taken me on a long journey down a never ending rabbit hole with a bad vehicle. I took their advice, and bought myself a new vehicle yesterday. These guys have all my business when I need regular maintenance on my new vehicle in the future.

I simply dropped my car off and picked it up, so I only spent about 3 minutes total in the office but I am extremely impressed with the level of customer service! Everyone was so sweet and the atmosphere was very comfortable. I am happy to live so close to Honest-1. :)
