I was unlucky to find a screw in my tire, but I was lucky to be in the parking lot where Honest-1 is located. I was a first time customer and super impressed with the service. Each employee I encountered was friendly and the service was prompt and professional. The waiting area was very clean and it was clear that they were following Covid guidelines. They will be first on my list if I need repair/service in the future. Thank You.

I'm pretty sure this review, which is not complimentary, will not show up on the website with all of these other raving reviews but I'm going to leave it anyway. I had my vehicle in for service on a Thursday and requested several items to be done on my vehicle and I do not believe most of the services were completed. Four days after they were supposed to inspect the wheel joints, my front sway bar broke. So much for an inspection. Thankfully I wasn't driving 70 mph on the interstate when this happened!! When I contacted the owner of the company to complain about the service, excuses and justification of work (that I know for a fact wasn't done) was all I received. So disappointing. No wonder the workers only do half of a job with half of the leadership running the company. So much for customer appreciation!!!

I must admit I don't know a lot about cars and worry when going to any car place that they will give me the run around and take advantage of me. This has happened to me quite a bit in the past. However, here...they have a customer for life. They take their time to explain things to you so you can understand it and make informed decisions. I feel that they really treat you as if your family, doing what is best for you. My transmission was on it's way out, and could of cost me 9,000 they quoted. They were looking into parts etc and found out that it would be covered by my warranty and I wouldn't have to pay anything ta all! They didn't even charge me for diagnosing the issue. Just sent me on my way to get it covered for free under the warranty at the dealer. It says it in their name...they are honest! There needs to be more people and companies out there like them. They definitely raise the standard of care in their industry. I will always recommend them to others and am willing to go out of my way to go there to make sure I get the service that I can trust.
