Great service. Friendly staff. My parking brake cable snapped. Honest-1 in Loveland was able to get me in the same day that I called, and found the right parts a few hours away. Nice, clean lounge area while I waited for a diagnosis, and a shuttle ride home and then back to the shop while they did the service. Couldn’t have asked for anything more/better than what I got.

These guys always do a great job for me. Great customer service and they are very knowledgeable. I appreciate that they will walk me through any suggested repairs and tell me what is most essential and what can wait. They are quick and they've got snacks.

Great quality repair my alternator went out car was idling funny and would shut off. Car runs better than before issues.. very friendly staff .

I brought in a car that 3 other shops refused. They agreed to take at an hourly diagnosis rate. I agreed to 8 hours of time. Not only did they find and fix the problem, they did it in less than half the time i agreed to. Also the safety check was very informative as this is my son's car and he's not exactly an attentive car guy. Terrific experience. Too bad they are ALL the way across town!

Very nice experience. Staff is knowledgeable and shared with me what my CRV was due for. Details of the service were text to me with pictures and staff explained it all. Will be my regular service shop from now on!

This place has very highly skilled technicians and great customer service. i have an old Mini Cooper Turbo S which had the air bag warning light for more than 4+ years. I took it to many places including the dealer and nobody could really fix it. My contact Curtis and his technicians looked into it and were able to find the root cause of the issue and were able to fix it and helped me understand what the issue was. i am very happy the Mini was fixed and i would definitely bring my car back again to this place. Very honest, highly skilled people and great customer service.

Great Experience. About 2 years ago I had my son's car serviced at Honest -1 for a water pump replacement. on this specific car it is a heavy labor project so was not inexpensive. fast forward by two years and we again needed to have the car repaired. When I took it back to Honest-1 they found that the water pump had failed again, and instead of telling me that I was going to have to pay for the entire repair again, they told me that they would be covering the entire repair this time under warranty... including labor, etc. In short, they stood behind their work and charged me noting to get the car back up and running. I have and have had a lot of cars over the years and have dealt with a lot of repair places. This experience was far and away the best i have had as the whole thing was no hassle and the car is back on the road. Well done Honest-1! Tony C. Loveland

I have been servicing my vehicle at Honest One for some time. They are always very cordial, prompt and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. I usually wait in their comfortable lobby and enjoy the free snacks and beverages. How do you beat that? Five stars.
